You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale.
How to request a return
Email service@auriandpoem.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, describe the issue and include photos if available so we can help.

Who pays return shipping?
- Customer reasons: If you return an item for a reason unrelated to an error or issue caused by us, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Our responsibility: If a return results from our error, including an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us so we can arrange this with you.
Refund timing and fees
We check returned items when they arrive. For returns that meet the return conditions, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving the returned items. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund in your account.
We charge no restocking fee, refund processing fee or other additional refund fee.
If you have not received a refund after the processing period, email us and we will help check its status.
These conditions do not limit any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
